I have just ordered one from a breaker on here, MB Developments. There is one on eBay just now for 19.99 (used)

It's worth doing the 3 port solenoid as the one that was recommended to me and which works the best is the one off a classic which like davec30 mentioned can be picked up off ebay for £20-£30 so is a cheap mod, plenty of them on ebay aswell, your mapper will probably fit this for you aswell, make sure you get some 4mm ID silicone hose, 1metre will do it.

I've got a forge recirc valve which was also recommended aswell, you need to make sure you have the correct spring in it though, mine came with a blue one and works fine and I'm running similar mods to you but you may need the red one, they are about £10 I think, can be bought straight from forge website

A standard valve will work fine.
