Default Snap Off / Quick release Steering wheel......help me?

So I'm looking at getting a OMP Dished Suede steering wheel and I would like it to quick release / snap off, now I've changed steering wheels before in other cars just with a boss kit though, never had one before that's quick release so want a few pointers:

Do I buy something like this
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1908389770...84.m1423.l2649

And that's it
Or do I still need a boss kit like this as well?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/OMP-Steeri...item485fc37a5a

Or would this just do?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SNAP-OFF-Q...item27d5d93f94

And when I've previously swapped the steering wheel on other cars it comes with something that can stop the airbag light coming on, how do you do this with a quick release, and how does the horn etc work with a quick release

Sorry for all dumb questions!
Thanks

If your going to get a QRB make sure you get a quality one from the likes of works bell,NRG etc.....the one that you have linked forget about it,it's no good. You need the QRB that goes on your chosen steering wheel and then a hub that the QRB connects to that and the hub in your car.SJ.
