Long shot I know, I've been dealing with KW direct for a few months now - and I finally took delivery of my coilovers today but was gutted to find they're a completely wrong fitment.



From Left to right:

New Front unit = good to go
Middle two = wtf?!
An old/knackered rear V3 unit for reference

As far as I'm aware, there is not a single Impreza which would suit the fitment of the middle two. I called KW UK after receiving the package, and they were adamant that the product ID's etc all lined up - and I had to send them photographs explaining the issue. (I'm pretty sure the fella on the phone was doing google image searches while I was on the phone to verify what I was saying too).

It seems crazy that the KW catalogue could be wrong for an 8 year old car. Has anybody ordered recently and got the same set I've got?

The middles look to be for an 08 onwards car, I *think*.

Did you get them FOC, AFAIK KW has lifetime warranty

Good call on the 08.

I didn't get them FOC, but heavily discounted based on a set of KWs I had which need refurbing (I'm not the original owner).
