i shall hopefully post a weekly update of the confirmed entrants, starting from this weekend.
we have had 10 confirmed entries already, not a bad start, please sort your application as soon as you can, remember once the event is full that is it.
( No rwyb entries are envisaged being accepted on the day.)

still undecided about a dvd as yet, we need to see how well the entries and event take off this time before making a decision. last year was a struggle to get enough scoobys there, and the cost to film and produce a dvd wouldnt have been justified unfortunately.
Hopefully tho we can move that on this year!

I want to enter with a standard MY98 UK Turbo. But would like to know that that the marking/scores take in to account i'm not running at Sti-Type R with £10k spent on engine upgrades. How does the marking account for this?

 

I'll only consider signing up if I can fullfill two (personal) criteria:

1) I'm earning enough again not to miss 55 quid too much
2) I've got the car running (and the 55 quid wouldn't be better speant getting it running)

we will have classes that allow for all types and spec on the 1/4m, so someone with a bog standard car can compete and win a trophy, right up to the 10s cars in their own class.
you will be racing similar spec cars within your time class, and will automatically be allocated a class. if your car or theirs is faster than the class time you auto move up to the next one anyway!

on the handling we will be doing trophies and prizes for the top times, plus there is a handling shootout
