Default V2 cdb rebuild

Hi Have just brought a v2 cdb end and ra heads for my 96 sti 555 import wagon, I want to get the block honed and forged or even 2.1stoker, so I can run a safe 380,400 bhp, where's the best place To have this work done? I live in the eastsussex area but not worried distances and ect!! Let me know if u can help..
