Extreme Tuning - Impreza STI V-Mount project.
Hello All,
We were given an opportunity to build our own custom V-mount installation and rotated turbo kit for Subaru Impreza STI. The idea behind the project was to create a fast street car with short boost tubes in order to minimize the lag and to improve the throttle response.

In order to do this we build a lot of custom fabricated parts.
- EL header
- Up-pipe for EWG v-band /Tial 44/
- 3" Downpipe v-band
- Intercooler
- Radiator
- Alternator bracket
- Oil catch can
- Intake with MAF flange
- Boost tubes
- Water tubes
- Bracket for intercooler and water radiator

Thanks. Actually the engine is stock right now, but we expect to be rebuild asap.
this is the short list with some parts:
- Garrett GTX2867R /Tial 64 a/r v-band/
- Tial 44mm v-band MV-R
- Aeromotive 340l/h fuel pump
- engine mounts - cusco

Looks awesome!
Would the turbo outlet pipework under the inlet manifold not need some wrapping though? I would have thought it would increase the inlet temps/engine block temps running under there?
