Default My Classic Sport

some pics of my scooby so far

can you guess whats going off here confused

LOL

You guessed it, its a clutch change

having a service

Fully undersealed

and a nice video of a cold start and a little rumble :thumbsup:jaw-dropping

I took the interior out and found half a tree under the rear banch its either someone loves ******* in the woods or someone likes trees

Got some 4 pot calipers

and these came with them very shocked as i was going to sell them as there £190 pads but i may use them

I saw these on ebay and had to get em lol

I bought these alloys some Advan RC1's

Started rubbing them down as they should be white from factory and it seems some one just rattle caned some black paint on so i have a good base to paint on

had some spare green paint fromt he calipers

alot of corrosion just waiting on some filler arriving

and lastly a coolant change on the scooby got the bts from subaru

not the best job in the world i only had a few days

This tyre is being replaced

using the same green from the calipers

LOL

my complete brakes ready to go on

I am mate I sold My 328i M-Sport and got this scooby and im well happy apart from the lack of snow but the main thing is the ease of parts there everywhere and cheap. Apart from suspension mods I want a turbo interior maybe the 555 v3 or the v5-v6 STI interior don't know yet and also do a full rear disc conversion with subaru 2 pots in the same green.

I was thinking black or white im a little undecided atm but at least now they look 100x bette than the single pots and look the t1ts

Good start, bodywork looks tidy.

Out of interest buddy which parts did you need for the front 4pot conversion? I'm thinking of upgrading my sports front setup.. Do you just need discs, pads et calipers? or are new lines required too

thanks

all you need are the discs callipers and pads and obviously brake fluid to flush the whole system, you can upgrade to braided lines if you want but im saving this for when I do my rear disc conversion
