Hi all, Ive got a my95 in white and its in great nick. A mate of mine is selling me his my97 as it has few electrical issues and gearbox gone. I was wondering if it would be better to do a facelift and swap bits to my 95, including wheels, 4 pots, interior and possibly dash????
OR, should I try suss the issues with his 97 and try get that on the road. My concern is that electrical issues could be quite a lengthy process, and gearbox needs doing. Body wise the 95 is in better shape.
Any help????

 

Depends on what youve payed for it. Personally id break it and keep the parts i was interested in.

Facelift yours if the body work is better than on the 97. Not much difference in dashboards is there? Heater controls in different place but not much else from what I remember...
