Default version 4 sti rebuild

hi pics of my rebuild here it is bfore i took it apart

stripping it down

rear arche rotton

grinding it back to clean metal

i cut it back to fresh metal then welded a sequence of small square plates in place then got a template and put it on top of it to get my arch line

i then got my line of the template then cut it out to get my new arch

then cut a strip of metal at 15mm for my lip then tack welded it on now just needing caty and smoothing in

got some caty on

then engine out and clean the bay

new wings and going for paint

as not in a job at the min i got a cheap job done £350

got the trims and rubbers back on and going for the no spoiler look

got the carpets and seats back in

more pics to follow

haha was woundering wen sum1 wud say that about the scoop, well basicaly im on a budget and im going for no spoiler look and reverse the scoop so ive just turned the scoop around with a bit a cutting to the bonnet, personaly im not sure about the look but i want sumet different and it might grow on me, but alson got another original bonnet and boot with my spoiler on it so can have two different looks by just changing them over.
