Wink My Legacy Build

Heya

a little about me first

my name is Daniel Burgess im 19 years old and currently have a job at Lovelady Racecars in Darfield New Zealand 3 years nw after doin a year at polytech learning the engineering/welding trades last year

i just thought id share my subaru build with you people i have never done a subaru before i actually havn't done a build before apart from owning a 1990 Mazda INFINI and doiuna few mods on that so this should be good lol all the work has been done by me in my garage at home

first off my car is a 1990 import to nz

Subaru Legacy GT white in colour with black trims from front to rear through the middle of the car sides

car came factory with an auto 200hp ej20g and vf10 turbo

my mods so far include

Engine

HDI(hybrid) gc8 custom front mount intercooler chrome outside and light coat of balck paint on the tube and fins, flipped and cut pipe a little bit to fit good
Engine is an ej20g closed deck honed with piston oil squiters currently in bits
using the

standard crank hoping to rebalance do i need to ? or will it be okay let me know with the lighter rod pins and pistons

with acl race bearings main and big ends
97 gtb STI twin turbo high flow heads with solid lifters and factory fitted aggresive cams fully rebuilt
V4 STi Forged Rods
V5 STI Forged Pistons
Wiseco light weight piston pins
97 gtb intake manifold

Fuelling
STI 440cc yellow top injectors and if possible addition of a 1993 wrx ra 5th injector mounted to manifold for safety
split fuel rails with 2x standard ej20g fuel regs slighty squished to up the preload pressure on spring at end of both standard rails and custom equal length fuel lines feeding both sides evenly
Walbro 500hp Fuel pump and fitting kit

Gearbox
1996 legacy gt gearbox 4.111 ratio with rear lsd viscous
hoping to upgrade to sti or dccd box in the future or find an ra gearset
hks twin plate clutch for 5mt subaru ( a bit over kill but i picked it up cheap and i dnt drive the car much anyways to be a problem)

Suspension

Cusco coilovers unsure of specs
cusco front links
and cusco front strut brace
(make my own adjustable rear strut brace and get a bigger rear swaybar and do all my links with poly bushes even thinking or doin heim/rose joints through out)

Brakes
standard legacy abs vented 275mm front unsure of rears with 2 pot front and single rear (upgrading to subaru sti v3-v6 brakes 4pot front and 2 pot rears)
or may make custom adaptors at work to fit wilwood rotors and calipers

Ecu
Possum link ecu with handheld controller with antilag
hoping for around 1bar only ever ran the car at 6psi before the build (w/g boost)
was using standard ecu with a performance chip and an apexi SAFC

Exhaust
running the standard at the moment for run in until tuning
2.25"

making my own equal length headers unsure of pipe size yet maybe 1.5" to a 4-1 joiner and standard size uppipe rotated mount and evo 16g front feed not 90* running a 38mm external wastegate plumbed back in to exhaust

2.5-2.75" with high flow cat and resonator and a custom made muffler to get to below the limit hear in NZ 90db now

Intake/Turbo
V2 STI TD05h 16g turbo rotated for better feed
38mm external wastegate
evo front fitted for straight feed from a cold air intake fed from the fender using a high flow filter perhap hks or apexi

Rims
16" 1996 legacy gt BBS alloy

Interior/Exterior mods
STI RSRA Legacy 240km speedo
1996 legacy gt half bucket sets red and black standard trim front and rear
i will repaint all the interior items (dash board center console etc black or white later on)

if you have any opinions please speak up i have found a lot of information on here but feedback would help me alot

sorry i can not plost any picture up at the moment
Cheers

ok im up for opinions here

what do you think of swapping my cusco coilovers for sti adjustable damper shocks with sti pink springs ?

reason i dont want the cusco is to hard on NZ roads they are rough as and also want something that i dont need to spend extra getting a cert for
