converting bug eye to blob eye
Hi yeh
Have just purchased a damaged 2002 bug eye and am thinking of converting to blob eye?(that what the bloke at the dealer called it)
Does anyone know if this has been done before?
What are the differences?
Can you suggest a breaker yard where i might be able to source the parts needed?

Also to make it look right you might consider changing the wing mirrors as the bug and blob had slightly different ones, along with rear bumper and light clusters

it has been done as others have said.
there was a white one at croft back end of last year it was the rally i believe, looked pretty good.
though i would probably opt to return it to standard mate, unless its looks your going for and you intend to keep it....

Converting bug to blob i can understand, its a nicer shape, but from bug/blob to hawk eye i do not understand.
