TD05 FE turbo (maybe the 'new' 18G?)
550cc injectors
Walbro pump and adjustable FPR
Sti8 or FMIC

Not sure if that will get you the torque though.
You may have to consider Sti cams or heads?

Hope that John Banks replies, as i think John has do this. Best do a search.

Graham.

MT6 gearbox or STi6 MT5
Clutch
Suspension and big brakes of course.
£5-6k on top of Graham's list and fitting/mapping (2K)
Add in induction, hoses, catch can, guages and knocklink/AFR £0.8k
= £8k-£9K - gulp!

I would lower your torque ambitions in favour of the gearbox, but it will probably pop anyway.

I've worked a lot with T-uk's MY00 UK car which often seems to do 340 BHP on plain Optimax on conservative rollers (it did 120 BHP less with just a decat) with TD05, headers, exhaust, FMIC, APS induction, 550 injectors, pump/reg, 6 speed box, AP clutch, KW suspension, AP 6 pots, the usual Whiteline bits, knocklink, boost gauge, fuel pressure, oil temp/pres, lambdalink, Ecutek reflash.
