Having built this over the last few years i have not been 100% percent happy with the paint finish and want to go metal flake style?

Advise, hints, tips, and experiences are extremely welcome

Asuming you know the basics on spraying, then just make sure the nozzle on your gun is big enough to take the large flek without blocking it. Also, put a couple of clean ball bearings, or small nuts, in with the flek (give the gun a shake every now and then to stop the flek settling at the bottom). Build up the coats of laquer till you acheive the effect your happy with then clean the gun out before finishing off with more coats of clear laquer to seal it all in.
