40 year project
I bought this car when I was 15 and am going to get started , again on it. We have had a few Subaru's and decided I want to put Subaru drive train under it. It is a 1960 Vauxhall super Victor wagon. My question for you folks is: Is there any dimensions with elevation differences regarding mounting for front & rear suspension, transmission and engine I could get ahold of? The Vauxhall is narrower than our old Outback. Would there be a better model to start with?

We have an ornamental Iron company and in the winter I look for projects to keep the guys busy. I will have to deal with the width like we do with every problem. Pull a rabbit out of the hat. It just seems like someone would have mapped out the mounting spots on one of these Subaru's.
