Default 2.1 500BHP TYPE R STI 22B REPLICA PROJECT

Just joined this forum and this is my first Subaru so bare with me
I've tried posting pictures but I can't as the manage attachments option won't come up for me ? Says I can't post attachments lol

Anyway this is my project..
I bought a 97 white type r sti with a 22b wide arch kit already fitted but it had a knackered clutch and i then discovered it had a knackered headgasket (unexpected nightmare) after only owning the car for 3 days it was now off the road !!
Hopefully I'll work out how to post pictures of the car sooner or later lol
Got some big plans for this car I'm after 500bhp for now :
2.1 engine tuner stroker
Big turbo
Etc etc
Hope you like my project

very nice car indeed! saw it on facebook a couple times.
You got a great base to start a project.
I'm just saving money to get the car build as an 22b replica haha.

Nice project mate, looks like youve got plenty of nice toys to keep you busy whilst shes getting built.
Whilst i know you were kidding about rolling it. I wouldnt want to roll it woth that roll cage in it. The dog leg that goes round the dash is a major week point. Theres a reason why they dont allow cages with a "dog leg" in competetive motorsport.
I considered this type when i was after one, but afterlooking into it i opted for a safety devices
Not nit picking, just a bit of advice

Lovely car!

Any ideas who did the wide arch kit? It's exactly what i'm looking for as i want to keep my facelift bumper etc and not look like a wannabe 22b. Also, what size wheels and tyres are on there?

Scoobybits in Truro fitted the kit to it. Funny u should say that I've bought a 22b bumper now as the standard one isn't wide enough and looks crap as it doesn't line up with the wings. Plate was the closest thing I could get to my car at the time lol give me £400 and I'll get a 22b rear bumper

Up until lastnight the owner had kept it off the forums/social media sites so I can only guess things are not going his way so he has decided to speak out.

I'm totally amazed at the amount of Rogues that are housed within the Subaru community we have mappers, garages/tuners, breakers and also owners ripping each other off.
