Not really, this has been all over Facebook the last few weeks

How much interior trim needs removing/cutting to fit that particular cage?

I want one for my v3 type r but Im not keen on stripping it out of losing the rear seats.

This is what happens when u spend £20,000 at scoobybits Subaru specialists in cornwall and they don't fit the fuel hoses properly causing fuel to spray all over a hot turbo !
I drove my car to this dodgy garage 6 months ago since then it had a 2.1 stroker engine, full respray in and out inc engine bay etc all new parallel fuel setup inc rcm fuel rails, new injectors and fuel pressure regulator etc
New rcm exhaust.
New exedy clutch flywheel etc.
New alcatek ecu.
Basically everything under the bonnet was brand new !

The car was nearly ready but then after fitting the fuel rails and injectors they found a major fuel leak as they fitted the smaller injectors into the larger fuel rails !! So of course the o-ring seals wasn't sealing anything !! Absolute morons for even fitting them like this let alone trying to run the car on the dyno like it ! As it happens the car went to the dyno as it was and surprise surprise it was pissing fuel out of everywhere so had to be stopped.
Then the car come back and they then fitted some more rcm fuel rails and different injectors another £900 extra that I had to pay due to their **** up !!
(And it turns out now that they didn't fit the fuel pipes correctly on the new fuel rails which is what caused the fire !)
So then it went off to the dyno again for a running in map.
Then I get a call saying my cars all ready for me to be collected from Jason.
So I go up there see the car started fine they then done the first oil change there and then for me so I then take the car home for the first time to which I get 15 minutes away from scoobybits garage and it bursts into flames (didn't even make it home !) trapping me inside and nearly killing me if it wasn't for a brave bloke yanking me outof the car is be dead right now !!
Numerous things fell off the car when I drove it home inc bonnet vents etc !
They even put a huge crack in my windscreen while it was at the garage having the work done !
So that's what happened to my beloved type r after spending over £20,000 on it I'm now left with a pile of burnt crap that's worthless thanks to Jason macdonald at scoobybits !!
He's saying its nothing he's done and is denying everything and has said it's not his problem !! Nice one !!
There was another car from scoobybits that had to be stopped on the dyno due to a major fuel leak too the same week !
Jason doesn't give a **** about what damage he causes to ur car, he's done it loads of times before I've got a list of people he's ****ed over in the past which is why he had to move from Yorkshire to Cornwall !

BE WARNED DONT LET THESE COWBOYS ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR CARS !!!!!!!!

Could you not smell fuel when you was driving it then?

Surely if it was leaking that bad you would have smelt it and stopped before it tried to bbq you.

Then why not sort it via insurers? So it wasn't fuel then was it? Was it another part that wasn't replaced?

Can wait for this little lot to unravel itself lol.

I just want to see the report, that will put it all to bed.... Cant make claims like that without the proof to back it up, so lets see it and put all this to bed as the blame will be once and for all put at someones door

Ragging it and doing doughnuts !! Hahahahaaaa that's ****ing funny !! How can u rag it and doughnut it when it wouldn't rev past 3,000rpm as it had a running in map !!! I'm not ****ing stupid I know how to run a car in esp when it's all brand new !! I never had time to open the bonnet let alone work on it myself !!!!!
I got my report I know what caused it everything under the bonnet was replaced or removed for the car to have a respray ! Either way they ****ed up !!

Well the report will prove it.... So post it up.

Yoou cant go making allegations like that without proof so if the report said what the issue was then what is the issue with posting it up?

Unless of course it doesnt say what you want it to say....

Well if that is the case that there is a legal reason for it then you would be best off not posting sod all until it is resolved, you should know like the rest of us this is not helping your case.

Good luck getting it sorted but I think you need a long hard think about what you are doing if it is going legal, as you will be damaging your chance by posting accusations like this until it is all done and dusted.
