I've just done a search for "VF35" and there's quite a few classic running it, so i'd say yes. I'm sure i've read plenty of other posts where people have upgraded to a VF35.

u got any details of the ninja back box? is it mega loud, i want a louder one than my sti ppp exhaust???

Depends on how many cats you have. I fit the backbox first, it was nice, louder than the PPP's i'd heard, but i wished it was louder.

Then i added the full afterburner decat. Boom! That was then loud. I already miss the noise. Sooooo angry on WOT. Pops, Bangs and people would turn around metres in front to see where the thunder storm was coming from.
