Sounds like that could have been avoided had he taken a couple steps to protect himself. Should always add a tracking number to the Paypal transaction after shipping the item, and retain some proof of shipment until the buyer acknowledges receipt of the item.

It's unfortunate nonetheless, and there will always be the people out there who will do anything they can to scam/steal/be ******** in general.

If you change your mind about being willing to ship to me, send me a PM. I assure you I'm legit (as you can see by my iTrader feedback here, and on NASIOC.com), I have a verified Paypal account, and I'm not willing to lose my reputation as an honest buyer on Scoobynet just to avoid paying for one item. Too many goodies on your side of the Atlantic that aren't available to us poor blokes in the states!
