i was told they where eagle rods, but am unsure.

VVT Heads Of a V7

these have been tested and had 4 exhaust valves replaced

It comes with a v7 sti manifold which i have painted



I have fitted comtec 1.3mm head gaskets and have also got new manifold gaskets


All the bottom end gaskets have been replaced and the block has been sealed with sealant.

everything else has been machined washed. but will need some new parts, eg the oil modine.

it comes with all the ancilleries like a/c pump,alternator etc.



any questions just ask.

i havent got a clue on how much it is worth so it some 1 could tell me then i can put up a price.

all the four bores in the block have been rehoned also

delivery would be by collection or i would deliver for a prearramged fee.

 

forgot to say i will include the subaru workshop manual, and all the bolts have been torqued within suabru's spec in the manual,

this was bein built for my newage project of which i have now sold.

also i have used graphite paste on all moving parts for first engine start up

 

Has it got standard pistons ?

 

hi buddy yes it has standard v7 sti pistons, that all have new subaru oil rings etc, unfortanatly i couldnt afford uprated ones like omegas or wossenor at that point.

 

i'll take the heads if someone wants the block. for the right price

what is the engine out of mate is it a wrx open deck block or a semi closed deck cheers andy

i got it out of an sti, but i believe it might be a wrx, but i am not sure. its defo not a CDB, not to sure on semi closed, how could i tell the difference.
