I'm putting my Subaru RB5 up for sale. I've owned it since January and have had no problems. Just decided my 8 years as a Subaru owner needs to come to an end with things being so expenive lately.

As for the car...... Its a 1999 T reg Subaru RB5 (non prodrive) Number 36 of 444

The car was registered as a Cat C damaged car in 2002 and has been repaired ok ish (paint is sh*t!!!) it does polish up and look ok but when you look closely you notice its not a good paint job. they've painted it without removing the trim etc.

The car Drives, Stops and sounds great. Only mod is the dump valve.

Its covered 87K miles
Has receipts for recent cambelt, oil and filter change, brakes etc

Its a good car and fairly rare but its no show car.

Price ???? Its worth £3500 but will listen to offers.

Hi Richard, How much T & T is left on her? When was she last serviced? Any service history? Do you know what was repaired when it was damaged? Any idea what Insurance group shes in 15/17? UK Car? Cheers Craig

 

she has 5 months tax, mot'd November and oil/filter change in january.

New clutch in january as well. There's no service book with it but there are a few receipts showing oil changes, brakes and cam belt changes etc.

i would guess at insurance group 17. i'm 32, full no claims in reasonable area and it costs me £350 fully comp. (which isn't bad)

as for damage - not really sure. was registered in 2002 so she's been repaired 6 years ago. I'd guess that something has hit the drivers side. as i said the paints not very good and seems to be worse on the drivers side.

 

Let me know if you haven't sold her by next week plz Richard i am interested but need to sell my WRX first - which is going on 5th June so if you've still got her then pm me if poss.
