Default D1 Spec Breather Tank, new/unused.
Designed to remove air pockets from your coolant system, comes with everything required for installation as pictured. Universal vehicle fitment. Retail for around £50 so got to be worth £30 unused. If you want it posting add an extra £5. Collection welcome.

sarnyboy, D1spec have named this a breather tank but basically yes, it is a swirl pot for your coolant system intended to remove air bubbles.

*un-ink*, posted another close up of the tank 4 you.
