Default K&N Panel filter and GP Moto Intake Elbow (air box remover)

I'll taking off a K&N panel filter and GP Moto Intake elbow next week when my front mount is fitted. Will fit an 03/04 STI.

Fitting the GP Moto Intake elbow gets rid of the air resonator box in the wing. If you fit this and the K&N panel filter, you will hear the stanard re-circ dump valve, without having any fueling issues caused by a VTA dump valve. It's not as loud as a VTA, but you get a subtle swooshing sound when you lift off. You also get louder induction noise and more turbo whistle.

I'm selling both of these for £50 + P&P. They cost me about £120 new and are six months old.

Cheers

Anders

I bought mine from Welcome To Slowboy Racing. Just had a quick look on their site and can't find it, but it's changed a lot since I was last there.

Rippon racer - now your talking, thats the way forward, as you say why spend money when there is no need. I hadn't removed mine yet so didn't know that was how it looked I would have been pissed off when I did remove it and found thats what it looked like as I would have done exactly as you suggest.

Yep, You can really hear the turbo spool up nicely and the bov is louder. There is about 1 hp increase.

BTW empty your mail box as it threw it back at me
