BUYERS FROM ABROAD?
Now then fella's
Have any of you had email's off buyers from Holland asking you to withdraw your advert for your car?
I've just had my second one asking me to do this, he then says that he has a client in the UK who owes him money and he will get him to forward a bankers draft for the balance of the car plus shipping costs.
He then wants me to forward the remainder of the cheque to a company called Western union.
I fell for it first time and ended up sitting around for four weeks waiting for the cheque to arrive.
Anybody else had this, could be a laundering scam?

I had a few e-mails like this when selling my last car. You know it's a bit moody when they say "the price is fine".
Aparrently they turn up (if at all!) with a fake bankers draft for mote than the amount of the car and ask for cash back. Don't even entertain the notion of this, they are all fakes!!
