fIt is an executor 2.6 ( earlier versions don't work with the newer xbox's) It has a holder soldered in then the chip sits in that, this enables it to be upgraded in the future. The games are all seperate on individual dvds. You can add them to the harddisk using the bios thats on the chip but I've never done it so wouldn't know where to begin.

As for the games, to be honest I don't know which are recent and which aren't as my cousin does that side but a few of them are Fifa 2005,Colin Mcrae 2005, Crash Nitro Kart,Spy Hunter 2, Harry Potter Quiditch,Tigerwoods 2005, couple of Star Wars.

How it works, It has a little switch at the front to turn the chip on or off. When its on it works exectly as normal but uses the evox bios so you can play backup games. When you turn it of, again it works as normal but with the Microsoft bios, this so you can still use it on line for the xbox live.
