Just testing the water to see who would be intrested in one of these

The key ring is made of fine Stainless Steel with glossy surface.
Approximate 3" in length.
All brand new with box.

From a close friend who has just moved out to Japan, I had one sent to me as a gift and thought I would see if anybody else would like one

I'll have one in the blue enamel on stainless finish, like the second pic, since my original enamel fob on leather is on it's last legs.
I'm intrigued though: it looks as if the part bearing the logo rotates?
Is it one of those that when you spin it fast, says another word?
And if it's come from Subaru in Japan, does it say "British suckers"
