shouldn't be any noticable benefits but you have the possibility of more air getting into the engine when needed...IIRC

go for it spooks, you know you want to

 

Why purchase a aftermarket inlethose, these are the reasons:
1 more airflow
2 a lot stronger then the oem and Samco inlet hose. So would not collapse at high boost
3 the oem inlethose will tear soon or later.
4 you will have a nicer engine bay
5 faster reponse of the turbo
