is there any other cost to keep the SIM running? surely there must be some catch? cant just have 300 free sms for nothing!

 

The O2 web site state that you need to use £10 of credit a month to get the 300 free Text's a month

 

oic. i thought it was pay as you go.

 

It is Pay as you go
You don't need to spend tenner a month on credit if you don't want to. If you don't spend £10 you just don't get 300 texts for free that month.

Im buying one for my sis as she sends about 400 Texts a month and she calls me sad for looking @ scoobynet
