Sorry my friend, but they dont fold. They come all the way out of the part that is fixed into the floor.

 

Your dad is very talented.

I like the way he has encased the lock with a steel shroud so you cant get a good swing at it with a sledgie.

A handle on the top may be a good idea for the MRK2.

In fact I like it that much I want one, dependant on the P&P. YHM
