I have my Possumlink ECU for sale.
It is currently in my MY98 STi, but will also fit V3 WRX.

It has the latest software from LINK. Have original manual with it, but no hand controller.

Can post anywhere due to its small size and weight.

Wanting 400 pounds.

Yes it is the Three plug that suits a MY98. HAve had that confirmed.
