MY99 for sale
I got a 31k MY99 for £11,200 private. I think this was something of an exception though and it was due a £500 service which I paid for but I still think you'll have a long wait at the price shown. I think the key thing is not to get to a stage where you must sell your scooby soon as a lot of people are. You can possibly get the price you want if you wait long enough.
Given this is a thread to sell your car, if you want any of the above removed after you've read it just let me know and I'll edit it
Edited cause I'm a muppet and said I got the car for a grand cheaper than I did
Still, I think the price I got my car for is a good one given that it had a scoobysport back box (£350) and a dawes and boost gauge/pod (£100ish)

I saw a W reg turbo (19k miles) with a deep scratch on the bonnet
sell for £12,500 at auction last week.
So - If the dealers are buying W reg Impreza turbos for £12.5K, why would anybody sell an X reg for £11995?
Just did a search on the autotrader website just now, can't find any X reg's that cheap. Somebody got a very cheap car!
