Mus, tell me how have you got on with the ebc brake set up fella?
Do the reds need much heat in 'em to feel the bite, never come across them. What would you compare the set up to?
Sorry for wondering off sale

thank steve your a true gent

brad keys are waiting for ya lol
the ebc have been ok for fast road use as I don't do track and to be honest they pretty good to go stright away I think the blue or green stuff tame a bit of time to heat up. but these seem pretty good.

the rest of u thank u for ur kind comments, it's funny I have had an email from a chap abroad who wants to give me abankers draft with more money wants me to withdraw the money and on the collection he wants me to refund him the remaining balance I have forwrded the email to piston heads. I swear I've got no scammers on the add lol

T-Shirt worn by me on this............ Rang the Bank and the Police when the £7500 check arrived for my £5000 car, they couldnt give two hoots....I wasted 20mins at the bank and 1 hour with the police but I could see it in there eyes that they would prefer to parked outside burger king than write down the contents of the hoax emails etc.

Anyway, good luck with the sale.......

its has a costhworth sump
standard walbro never been on a track day so didnt need it i always have minmum half a tank in there. 505 bhp is with meth and to be honest ive only driven it twice with meth once when i drove back from martin and alan the other was 3 months ago. i always use the vpower map its around 450bhp which is more than enough for the road.

Mark a swirl pot setup and a full on baffled sump can probably be done for another few hundred quid, could still be a viable option and you would be the first to track it

As banny said, only a small chunk of change would be needed to make it the full track toy.
Glad you are enjoying the 22b, hope your not changing it too much from factory mate, ecu fair enough but not to much else i hope, ha if you still have it early next year (knowing you probably not) but I may well be interested in having that off you!

What happened to the type 25 you get rid in the end?

Mus word of advice, leave the price as is. It's been a week and nit every car will sell straight away, it took a month for mine to move. You have to remember being the level of tune your car is it will only appeal to a limited percentage of people looking for an Impreza, the ones who will want it will be willing to pay the money. Hold fire, hold out and don't drop anymore. Give it a month and if no joy then by all means start dropping the price unless you need a quick sale then fine but please don't under sell it. Cracking car at a cracking price.
