Built from my own 99 Sti5 type R road car.
Road legal, taxed and MOT’d
Lightweight 22b bodykit, further widened to suit 275 section tyres
Weighs under 1000 kg
Circa 850BHP + up to 150BHP additional Nitrous controlled by ECU
2400cc thickwall linered closed deck block (original EJ22)
Steel rods, forged pistons, 14mm studs
Fully ported heads, supertech valves, titanium retainers.
Custom profile cams, hi rev lightweight shimless followers
Custom Plenum, 8 injectors, twin scroll headers
Custom GT42RS twinscroll turbo, twin tial wastegates
4x fuel pumps, alloy filters, twin FP regulators
ATL Fuel tank
Solaris ECU with 4 full maps to suit 95ron / V-Power / E85 / Methanol
8 boost settings adjustable in car
Holinger 5 speed dog box on big spline mainshaft
Quaife front LSD
ECU controlled DCCD Centre diff with straight cut drop gears and modified housing
Plated Sti rear diff on custom preload.
ATC triple plate carbon clutch with light steel flywheel and hydraulic bearing
Prodrive/GKN driveshafts (v expensive !)
Carbon one piece propshaft
Adjustable bias pedal box, hydraulic handbrake
Full Multipoint welded in OMP cage.
Lexan side windows and rear screen
Lightweight GRP doors and bootlid
MXL Strada LCD dash
Choice of ultra light Alloy or Kevlar seats and harnesses
Choice of Apexi Ni drag race suspension or EXE-TC circuit set up
Choice of Lightweight 4pot 15” drag brakes or AP 6 pot 330’s
Choice of 10x17” alloys on 275 MT Street or Toyo 888’s on 8x18’s

Full spare engine and gearbox parts also available if required.

This car will run low 9’s all day, even without nitrous. Running 8’s is also possible but reliability has yet to be proven at this level !

This car scored in the top 10 on all 3 disciplines at TOTB and was leading on the handling circuit up until 1pm when we went to play on the drag strip the remainder of the day.

Could convert to T/A type car with only a change of rad/intercooler and an oil cooler.

Support at events can be arranged if required.

Target selling price in the £25-30k range, part exchange also considered.

WOW ....indeed for a road legal car ,the picture of the rear end looks funny , looks like the top half has been shrunk .lol , but the dream of owning a car like this must go on ....
