Default 2000 P1 - X Reg 45k Miles - £12995

NEW PRICE now £12995

This car is genuinely one of the best examples around. Its bodywork is immaculate as is the interior and has been well cared for. Totally unmodified example. Always warmed up and down.

It had a NO. 4 conrod bearing failure in 2004 @ 33K miles and hence had a full engine replacement under warranty from Subaru fitted by a main dealer. Hence this engine has done a mere 10k!

The gearbox was totally overhauled last month due to a minor whine at motorway speeds and a new clutch fitted to the tune of 1.5k.

Taxed till July 2007, MOT till March 2008. NEVER smoked in smells like a new car!

Full subaru and subaru specialist service history as follows from most recent

02/2007 - New Clutch and gearbox rebuild.

03/2006 - Service (45000 mile Marlbourough Subaru)

01/2005 - Service (37500 mile Marlbourough Subaru)

02/2005 - MAF sensor replaced (Acton Subaru)

07/2004 - Replacement engine (30000 mile Wilsons Subaru)

06/2003 - Service (22500 mile Keith Price Subaru)

02/2003 - Service (15000 miles Keith Price Subaru)

This car wont dissapoint, if you are looking for a car that wont cost you anything in repairs and will put a huge grin on your face, this is it!

And now (hopefully) some piccys

It might cost a bit in repairs if this engine blows up as quick as the last one.

I think whats putting people off is too many repairs for such little mileage, then it also raises the question why so many repairs? is it because its been driven hard? i'm not implying any of the above its just what people on here are proberbly thinking because they arn't too keen on P1's on here they seem to think they ALL blow up. Nice car by the way good luck with the sale.

yes, loads of P1 does suffer from buttom end, thats because

1. the ECU is a JDM ecu which is still mapped for 100RON
2. loads of people dont use SUL
3. loads of the p1 drivers drive them very hard as that their weekend toy.

i do have a p1 and it took me 2years to find a mint/wellcared one, (well i had a few scoobies betweem the 2 years as i cant find a nice one)

the P1 is one of the best scooby i have ever owned, inc. STI JDM Twin-scroll

gets you one hell of a new car for little cash tho doesnt it

But seriously would ppl rather have something fully sorted with every expense already taken care off??? The gearbox was only done due cos i wanted everything fully sorted, it had a very minor whine at motorway speeds.

Cheers

Phil
