Unhappy My Pride and joy - Rb5408

I cant believe its come to this but the time has come to sell the best car I have ever owned. me and the Missus have a chance to climb the property ladder so the car needs to go (to a good home hopefully).

Brief car history-

I have known and seen this car nearly everyday since it was bought new as I used to drive past the previous owners house on the way to work. The previous owner bought the car new from the local Subaru garage and purchased the number plate before the car!!! I made my dream purchase of the vehicle on 09/07/2005 with a mere 26k!!! on the clock due to it being a weekend use car, I am the second owner.I have Religiously warmed up and cooled the car down before and after EVERY journey and has allways been run on Optimax / Vpower even though most of the time the shell garage is 4 miles in the opposite direction to my intended journey.

The milage currently 49573-

Car is fitted with standard Cat1 Subaru Alarm with Certificate (of Course) both keyes and both keyfobs. Has MOT till June 19th 2007 and tax ends on 30/06/07.

In car entertainment wise it has uprated kenwood rear speakers and the bog standard original head unit (not seen in picture!) with a 10 cd changer in the boot.

Exterior wise it now has Euro Style splash guards and Crystal insicator Set.

Bad points-
3 Car park dents (Very small and a simple dentmaster job)
Few stonechips on front as expected for age and milage
scratch under front lip on painwork (cant be seen unless you get down low and)

Getting tired of typing now so here are some pics.

Yeah the top part of the steering wheel has seen better days should have really driven with my hands in the 10 to 2 position. I have wondered if its possible to rub a kinda leather cleaner or similar into it to 'feed' it???? sure its possible somehow but i dont really like to put chemicals onto the interior just a wipe with a polishing cloth.

Leather cleaner, renovator and protector should do the trick and it will make one hell of a difference.

This is mine that had covered 54K

I've Had Some Interest from people who would have to travel a long way to view the car asking for pictures of the bad points of the car to be emailed to them. I've decided that it would be easier to post them here for all to see.

Firstly as mentioned in my initial ad the 3 car park dents. After looking very closely around the car I can only find 2 and even they are hard to photograph but i've done the best i can with the camera i've got and the fact that its a horrible, cold , grey day-

Driver side, very hard to see (tiny) but second pic shows it best-

Passenger side again the same as above-

Alloys with the kerb marks-

Stonechips - Very hard photo to take but there isnt many there-

Another question asked is 'Is the number plate included' and the answer is yes.

Interior- the seats are all mint and the rear seats have only been sat in by the previous owners daughter and when I viewed the car the rear seats were covered in blankets so no damage or wear on the seats or door cards.

The only bad points in the Interior are the steering wheel as seen in previous pictures and easily leather cleaned ,conditioned. and the door cards-

Ring marks on the door handle (previous owner)
Slight dent in arm rest

couple of ring marks again on door handle
and any other marks can be seen

And the worst bad point-

Thats as honest as i can be with the bad points and I dont really think that they are that bad. Well worth the £8500
