Be warned this was a 260BHP Evo

 

Why the warning? a 260 has the same engine as a FQ300, only difference is a 5 speed box and a lot more restrictions in the exhaust.

 

Just saying if someone thinks its an FQ

 

if it was an fq i would have said, div! the fact is its higher spec now fq has cheap 2.75 mild steel exhaust,and wont run that bhp with out a £1000 ecu,so stick to your hairdressers car and let people sell their,s

I think Jacey is right to point that out, you never said what exact model it was and that would certainly confuse some people into thinking it was something it is not, not much info to go on TBH,

i am in the trade but the 9 was my personel car
not trying hide anything its an evo with 4k worth of mods that makes 350 bhp does the fact that it once had a restrictive exhaust really matter and a 260 is a recognised homoglated car so is easier to insure and comes with proper number plates wider seats proper rear fog light so in some ways its better 5 speed box is regarded as superior to 6 speeder as jacey boy knows anyone that has asked for further info has been given it straight away,if your not interested thats fine but theres no need to to make silly arguments on peoples for sale threads,same thing has happened to various members on the mlr and the mods have put a stop to it.
