Talking MY05 XC70 D5 AWD

Time has come to change again - probably for another one as they are so cracking good

My prob is the miles that I have to do to get to work - 150 per day - so after nearly a year & with approaching 40K on the clock on this ultra-comfy wagon, I'm reluctantly changing.

(Bit dirty in that pic but I do live in mudsville)

Spec

MY05 XC70 D5 SE AWD - Sept 54 plate

Dark Metallic Grey

Black Leather

35% dark tints all round

Winter Pack (Heated seats, Bi-Xenon headlights, washers)

FVSH - HR Owen in London, no expense spared

Dealer Warranty left 2yrs or 20K miles

Manual 6 Spd

All usual stuff for a MY05 such as Rain Sensor, Electric Mirrors, Electric Memory Drivers Seat, Full Leather, Bose Sound System & all the other life's luxuries expected in a hi-spec car

Also Sony HCB30 Bluetooth Handsfree Phone Kit

This has been an absolutely blinding car. I do 3 miles very small muddy roads to dual carriageway, then 65 miles d/c & M11 then 5 or so miles through east London. The ride is very compliant, bit of extra height for curbs & visibility, it is the sort of car you can do the trip I do each way & not be knackered at the end of it - which is the main reason I got it. In the snow, it was great & also those times I've needed its cross-terrain abilities. A brilliant & practical all-rounder

£22,500 ono

Questions etc here, via PM or email as per profile. London/Suffolk or anywhere within reason

Hi

I am interested in this as my wife is on the lokout for one - however a few questions please:

Are you looking to sell outright or would you consider px for a car valued at £10K?

Have you had it from new - if not then how many owners?

Has it got a towbar?

Have you got any piccies of the inside?

When would it be available?

The big issue is the price as I don't value it at quite that much - however would sooner discuss that via p.m!

Thanks

Nick

Soz - been away this w/end

It needs to be outright - availability more or less to suit

I have had it from new - I think it had 120-130 miles on it delivered. I've only let the wife clock up under 1000 miles

No towbar - although I nearly bought one on eBay last week!

Piccies of the inside I can do - essentially off-black leather & black mesh. I'll get some up later unless you're happy with just phone type. Might be tomorrow thinking about it.

Just trying to get a deal with the dealer going. He has a range/budget to work to but so far has not been close.

Going to try with the pre-reg'd lot to see what is.

Haven't forgotten
