Well after 4 years of fantastic ownership its time that my cosseted and loved scoob went to a new and worthy home. I am hoping that someone may know someone who wants a mint example. This has been my pride and joy and i would really like it to go to someone who will look after it.
I am pricing the car to sell quickly as its replacement has arrived and insuring both cars is very expensive.
Anyway the spec is as follows

-T reg 4 door uk Turbo (obviously has facelift front).
-Immaculate condition.
-Prodrive Performance pack (cost £2000).
-Metallic green.
-Colour coded mirrors and door handles.
-17 Inch Subaru WRX alloys (all immaculate) inc a 5th brand new spare alloy.
-Full Subaru service history. The car has only ever seen 3 dealers and has been serviced religously. The last has been Subaru4you and Len will be able to tell you about the car. It has obviously had the cambelt done and has had its last service approx 1 month ago.
-60k miles.
-Front 2 pipe decat downpipe (Magnex/Falkland Performance)
-4 excellent Toyo Prox tyres (backs 6mm, fronts 4mm)
-Alpine flip down face single CD player with 4 channel amp and upgraded front speakers. The amp is hidden and its been set up to deliver high quality clean sound not make your eardrums bleed
-10 months MOT and 5 months tax.

I have got every invoice, receipt, bill, tax disc, MOT etc that this car has ever had. It has not been run on a shoe string but has had everything it has ever needed immediately. It has NEVER been track-dayed or anything like that and i am always scrupulous about warming the oil up and cooling the turbo down.

The Prodrive Performance Pack and front decat totally transforms this car. I dont know what BHP it has but i would guess around the 260 mark (it was only ever slightly slower than a friends V5 STI- which mainly seemed to come from that cars higher rev capacity)

Mileage? WHere abouts are you? I'm waiting on insurance payout after mine got stolen, so may be interested...

 

Mileage is 60k as per my thread. I am in Herts. Dont mind if you want to come and have a look. If youve never been in a PPP'd car then its definitely worth the experience. The difference over the standard car is huge

Sorry cant get access to a digital camera at the mo. The car is on autotrader at 7495. Search within 20 miles using postcode wd1 2qf or wd17 2qf. There is a good pic there.

Anyway it is a last of the classic 4 door impreza turbo in met green with colour coded mirrors and handles. Surely everyone knows what this car looks like (unless they just want another car **** pic for their gallery). The rest will require anyone to come and see the car, prod it etc and thumb through the history and bills

 

Much as I want to sell my own Scoob, this is a damned good car and extremely well looked after. Have seen it a lot recently (Matt is a mate of mine and a work colleague). I agree with you Matt - we all know what Scoobs look like! Good luck selling it mate - the replacement will be something special.

Have you still got the car? I'm just waiting on finances and then if you still have it I will be up to have a look! It will be my first scooby, one of my mates has an X Plate P1 and another mate has a 500Bhp Evo 6 so my Diesel Vectra has to go!

Has it got an aftermarket alarm fitted and if so what model? Also I would really appreciate some pics if you have any to hand, I have seen the one on Autotrader but other shots would be good! Also has it had it's full 60k service?
Last question... how much tax and mot are left on it..

The car comes with the factory fitted Thatcham 1 alarm/immobiliser and both fobs. I think this is an excellent alarm as it does the business and has never let me down in 4 years.

Alas as per my previous thread i dont currently have access to a digital camera. The cars MOT is good till end of dec 05 and its taxed till the end of May. It had its last service which was the 60k on 7/12/04

There are no so many scoobies out there that a car like this should stay on the site for this long!! I have ahd the pleasure of seeing this car every day for the last five months and it really is lovely. It has been extremely (anally ) well cared for, has been PPP'd and has had the extremely expensive 60,000 mile service already!

What more do you all want? It's a mint, beautiful car.
