This is an excellent example of one the most desirable imprezas ever made.
I bought it from Riverdale Motor Company in Paddack Wood, last December. It came with a one year parts and labour warrenty which has until December 24th. Had the tyres replaced at extra cost to me at the time with Bridgestone Potenza SO3's. Still in excellent condition with around 4-5mm of tread left on all four.
Unfortunatly, time has come for me to get a larger property for my fiancee and I, so my pride and joy is up for sale.
Specification in brief:-
97 - 98 Version 4 300 PS (294BHP)
All wheel drive, front open diff, centre viscous, rear LSD
electric windows
electric mirrors
rear wiper
16" alloy wheels
bucket style seat
air conditioning
carbon fibre strurt brace
Improvements over STI 3:-
redesigned interior
revised engine layout with larger inter cooler
upgrade seat design
improved wheel design
4 pot brake calipers
Only tasteful modifications have been carried out.
These include:-
Power Engineering Induction Kit (K&N Filter)
Turbo XS VTA Dump Valve
STI 6 rear spoiler
Trust gear ****
HKS boost gauge
HKS turbo timer
Blitz Cat back 3inch bore system with 4.5inch tail pipe
Kenwood cd player
EBC turbo groove and dimple discs with ceramic red stuff pads ( 3000miles )
'Personel' steering wheel (came with car when I bought it)
Power Enginneering Dyno test (They replaced the Lamda Sensor at same time.)
Power Enginnering 4 wheel alignment only 1 month ago.
Tracker Monitor
Autowatch alarm and immobiliser.
Tax and Mot until may 05'
The car had 60000miles on the clock when I bought it less than 10months ago. It now reads 66450.
I changed the Oil (Mobil 1 15w50) and filter every 3000miles.
Kept in garage over night.
Always ran on Optimax ( Despite some people on here saying that it is a waste of money. Probably same people with big end bearing failure!)
Bad Points ( if you can call them that )
2 very small stone chips on the bonnet
2 pin dents on drivers door, courtesy of selfish gits at tescos probably!
£10,500
