Just had a look at your car mate. Its a outstanding example. Im afraid im not looking to buy it. Just interested in where you got the no. plates on the car. Im looking for some new plates for a wagon that Ive just bought. I live near Paisley area. Is it some where local or on the web ? I wouldnt be wanting RB5 plates. Just Impeza of some sort. Do they do them as well ?

Cheers in advance.

John, I've been wanting to buy your car for some time now. However, I can't get rid of my old Renault. I will ring to arrange a viewing if you still have the car when I have sold mine.

Def the best RB5 I've seen.

I'll be looking for one in a couple of months. Doubt this fine example will still be available.

Oh it probably will.....

In this modern age of timewaster and tyrekickers, I'm not overly confident that it'll sell, hence why I'm quite happy to keep it.

It has technically been "sold" twice, with both timewasting ar$es pulling out.

You know who you are!

Hi Jer,

You certainly did mate, cheers for the wave.

I've started waiting to see if I get waved at first before I wave now, since I've been left looking like a prat on too many occassions!

Update on used RB5 situation at Main Dealers -:

Non WR 65,000 miles £14,995
Non WR 79,000 miles £14,995
WR Version 21,945 miles £16,995
WR Version 22,000 miles £17,495

Surely mine with 40k, full WR spec and all the extras is worth £13.5k?

Not to mention the fact that it is widely recognised as one of the best RB's around

Car is no longer for sale!

You had your chance and you've all missed the boat!

I've had enough of dreamers and time wasters offering peanuts for one of the best classic Imprezas to grace Scoobyland!

I'll keep the car.... I'd probably regret selling it afterwards anyway.

And a message to the two individuals who had agreed to buy my car, and then pulled out for timewasting reasons, only known to yourselves.....

I hope your next $hite is a hedgehog!

Long live the RB5

Well done mate. Sounds like the correct decision. No point letting such a nice car go for silly money !!
