Imported by warrander 1 year ago.(original bill of sale included)
31,000 miles.

Miltek Performance exhaust including de-cat
Bodykit
Front and rear splitters.

Lowered
KAD 6 pot breaks on front and new 380mm grooved disks.
£ 1,100 overhaul by power engineering 6 months ago.
Stealth Kenwood CD player,
Rockford Fosgtate punch amp,
And JL sub in box.
Lamco Boost Gauge
Clifford CAT1.
Tax and mot.
Running higher JAP spec Circa 300+ bhp.

PRICE ONLY £ 13,850 NO OFFERS AT ALL for really quick sale.
STI4/5 money for a sorted STI7 Bargain.! Has to worth this sort of money to the trade.

Now the bad points hence the price.
Due for a full service
paintwork is a bit chippy, and front o.s wing shows sign of having paint (colour don't match perfectly.)
At first glance car is stunning, but if you want perfect paintwork it could do with some time in a body shop.

I would classify the car as VGC. Bodywork is always subjective and I am probably making it out worse than it is. I am just a bit picky when it comes to paintwork. It basically shows signs of a car that is 3 years old.

A real head turner and can email pics on request. Unless some kind sole could host a few for us, for a guy really trying to sell.

Conrad Bradley - Its a Jap import STI7, has climate control, rear tints, etc. Goes very well indeed, and is pulling 1.2bar so may well have been tweaked but not by me.

This car is probably pushing well in excess of 300bhp. Having owned several fast cars, I would guess circa 330bhp.

Trade currently showing a lot of interst so anyone interested be quick.

Duno M8. DCCD?. Is this the variable diff conrol thingy ?? If so no it don't have it. So does this mean its a GL ?.

It has electric folding mirrors, rev conter LED that can be set to any rev, if this helps ?

Car now on Ebay for another 8 hours, with NO RESERVE!!!!!!!!. and no bids. I would cry but I would sell. But any buyer has to have funds and be quick with them. I now have 2 dealers willing to pay just over my minium price. One will take it in 7 days when he returns from holiday, and another as soon as he shifts one of his stock. So anyone thinking of my car do it now. Or miss out on a rare opportunity to buy a STI for less than dealer money.

I must be fecking mad!!!!!!

I am getting so much interest from dealers, but really trying to give private buyers an opportunity to buy a good cheap and honest car. But hey if they are not interested, then I will have to deal with the trade.

Hmmm, I'm umm-ing and arr'ing about an Sti7 next and deffo like the spec of yours. I have a Sti4 Type R (in black, 50k miles, carbon bonnet, morettes, lexus', de-tango'd, TEIN adjustables, Urban Racer's, V5 wing etc.) and need a newer car with lower mileage and friendlier gear ratios as I'm starting to do a lot of miles for business (So the extra doors would be handy too....)

So...don't suppose you'd be interested in a PX? Reckon the cash difference would only be about £2.5k though....(and that's allowing for the fact a couple of bit's need doing to mine including fitting a new organic clutch (which I'd supply))

If interested, I'm only about 40 mins from you...

Cheers,

Russ

Sorry Russ PX's out of the question now. Just looking for a quick cash sale now. If anyone else was putting this up for sale it would be at circa 16K+.

Rob, thanks for the reply, if there is no DCCD (driver controlled centre diff (Thingy LOL)) then it isnt a GL unfortunately.

Still.... its a bargain for somebody wanting an STi 7.

Top For you m8.

The jap sti7 GL does not have dccd, this only came as standard on the jap sti9,the lesser models of the sti 7 (KL& EL I think)did not have the suretrac front diff, tinted rear windows and something else that I cant remember.
edited to say if your car has factor rear tints it is top spec GL and the last option was HID headlamps.

Come on guy's don't let a dealer get it.....buy it yorself, tidy up the bits that Rob is being v.v.v.v.v.v honest about and you will have a damn fine motor.

You could even get away with not touching the bodwork cause if you ain't on your hands and knees polishing it, you ain't gonna notice what Robs highlightling.

Rob (and myself) are v.v.v.v.v.piccie when it comes to bodywork. And always want it to be top notch and showroom condition (that's new showroom not 2nd hand dealer showroom).

Rob,

You mentioned that it has been lowered, what setup has it got? Where are you based? Do you still have the original catted exhaust? What did power engineering do for the £1100 overhaul? When do the tax and mot run out? Whould you let me organize a inspection before I bought it? Also can you provide me with the reg and vin number for a hpi check.

Cheers

Simon

Yes, Yes and Yes. Might as well post this lot in case anyone else was interested:

Car was not lowered by me, and has been lowered just using springs I think.

Have both the CATS for the car but not the full exhaust.

MOT May25th 2005

Tax 31st Oct 2004

PowerEngineering = Front breaks disks labour + new disks
Front wheel bearing and Hub
AP disk hub mounting bolt kit
Rear bearing outer and inner grease seal
n/s front Hub
Drive shaft end nut
4 wheel geometry and adjustment
1 tyre.

Inspection No problem.
Will PM you vin and reg: but I HPI'd the car when I brought it and all was OK.
