OK, so I'm thinking about selling this set of 18" OZ Superleggras.
As you can see there are 5 wheels, not the usual 4.. so your spare matches the set!

Ok, so here's the deal... these wheels are top notch lightweight rims that are in need of some TLC.. they could use a refurb to look their best, or they would make excellent trackday wheels.

The wheel's came off a classic impreza <--- view my scooby
So presumably they are PCD 100!?
The offset is ET45 and they're sized 7 x 18.

They are booted with Pirelli P7000 tyres.. 215/35/R18

The wheels have some kerbing around the rims..

And one of the rims has had quite a hard impact by somebody (not me) so is actually slightly buckled at the rim.. the tyre doesn't deflate however, but I suggest using this wheel as a temporary spare.

As for the tyres.. well 3 of them appear to have a reasonable amount of tread left, 1 is getting close to borderline, and the other I would say needs replacing.
