94 to 96 RA engine

Hi got a 94 -96 RA engine in excellent running order just needs one valve clearence adjusting.I know these are a rare engine so how much is it worth?

what does that mean valve clearence shouldnt they be all the same i am on the look for a engine can anyone shade anymore light on this cheers
