mostly road when i drove to and from events last season. done about 12 hillclimbs/sprints, not that that would affect anything about the condition of shocks anyway.

How are they adjustable - bump and rebound, how many positions, where are adjusters situated ( red **** at top I guess! ) and do they come with top mounts, if so what sort? ( They look assembled ready to fit in the pics! )

What else would be needed to fit them?

Guess you can post them as they sit in a box with poly worm packing!!

Thanks

AST - Advanced Suspension Technology

12 clicks on the top of shock

No top mounts

They are ready to fit

Can post but may be a bit steep due to weight

Rob ( and Graham! ) you have PM's re these AST's and fitting to my wagon JDM.

Are these independantly adjustable on both bump, and rebound?
Obviously ride height is independantly adjustable from bump/rebound, but may alter effective spring rate?

Would they need corner weight adjustment .. would be getting them 4 wheel aligned etc. at Powerstation once fited!

Sorry for all the Q's.

Answered your pm just.
They are one way adjustable for rebound and very easy to dial into the springs.
Ideal is a perfect alignment somewhere like Power Station.

I would install them with adjustable top mounts so you can max the caster and kill understeer once and all.

I know these are good units free of abuse.

Graham.

Ok, well I put the shocks in my car, organised to leave work early to meet you part way as a gesture of good will and you told me of your problems by text a few hours beforehand, and your reasons were very far from simple, forgive me for being thick but that must have wasted my time surely?

Jesus mate you must have been pissed off

I had someone say they would take my nardi steering wheel for sure and asked for my paypal address for payment.

Had go go get it from garage, take pics and upload them and package it up and check courier prices only to never get a reply to my pm's on here.

It really ***** me off people like this.
