its is a STI 2 spoiler

 

its a version 4 in usa

This was the style of spoiler fitted to the MY97/98 Prodrive exterior pack, so yes it could be a Prodrive spoiler. In fact Prodrive just used the STi version 3/4 wing, so again it is an STi one too

It may not be a genuine STi/Prodrive tho....
