Thumbs up 350bhp turbo.. (repost)

(Reposted due to buyers changing their minds at the last minute. )

MD304 (P18 )Hybrid Turbo

(from Lateral Performance originally).

£500 as above
No play in core, all vanes 100%!

On a 2L (with supporting mods) this should give you 1 bar of boost by around 2.7k rpm and 1.25 from around 3/3.1k rpm, the delivery is much snappier on the road that you might think.

Cost over £1400 new from LP.

I did just under 14000 miles with it.
P20spd and slooby also both had excellent success with this type of turbo.
Low 12's on the 1/4 mile are within reach.

On a 2.5 the power delivery would be ferocious!

How would this compare to a standard P1 Turbo on a 2.5L ?

Cool

you dont HAVE to have a FMIC.
An FMIC helps for sustained track work and the height of summer.

Definately available dude!

Argh...that dreaded 18G reference again P18 dammit Brad, it's a P18

Fishous, to fit this turbo you would have to either raise your inlet manifold a little on spacers to get enough clearance under it for the front entry of the turbo, or fit a 90 degree samco hose to connect it to your air box

I knew you where goner say that!!!!

I'll be taking the TD04 off, Is it just a matter of bolting this on, or do I need new gaskets, bolts, pipes etc.

I notice it's been hanging around for a while now, If you still have it when I have the cash, I'll take it off your hands. If not I'll get a TD05.

PM me your email address and I'll keep in touch,
