Default GruppeS V2 Headers and Up Pipe

GruppeS V2 Headers and Up Pipe

The specification and existing modification on my new car means that a number of parts that I have been collecting in anticipation of the last few months are no longer required.

£350 + Postage and Insurance.

These headers were part of the Group Buy last Year and are still boxed and unused

They are complete with all required gaskets and fittings to fit both Classic and Newage scoobies.

The general consensus is that these heads are an approximate copy of the HKS ones and therefore are not fully equal length and will keep the Scooby Burble, especially on tickover.

Looking for £350, plus P&P.

Had a V1 set on my old scoob with a solid up-pipe, was a nightmare due to leaking, the helix up-pipe on this V2 set means you wont suffer these problems. And they look 'the dogs'. Sound excellent too, keeps flat-four rumble.
15hp/25torques anyone?

I had a set of these from the same group but, all fitted so well and with great results.
The engine note is all there, BUT, at max rpm the sound is ballistic! Deep hard edged sound, very very nice!

Sorry, calming down now..

I thought they would go well with a TD05/6 20G

And I just happen to have one of them for sale too!

These produce excellent mid-upper rpm power and torque and keep the flat four burble - well recommended especially with the Helix up-pipe

Cheers

I have a set of these too that I was going to fit to a classic...but now I've bought a new Sti with PPP and don't want to blow the warranty...I too have the helix up pipe..gaskets..and it's in the original box...£350+pp and they can be yours!...I don't have the bungs you need as I never got near to fitting them...but a search will reveal the size and where to get them from...Private mail me if interested...

You have to be quick in this game dont you?!

Crusher,

When you say bung do you mean the one to fill the hole where a temp sensor could be placed?

Yeh, there are two holes from what I remember..one on the up pipe..one on the headers themselves..I think the uppipe one is smaller and intended for the lambda sensor on some models...but they can also be used for egt sensors...if the thread is the same...As I said before a search on Gruppe-s headers will probably get yo more info...during the last group buy..after the headers were in the hands of those lucky few, there were a few suggestions of where to get the bungs/ blanking bolts...I'm sure some can be had mail order for not a lot!..

These must be the same then, I have only ever peeked inside the lid.

Just for clarity, it was triplex that got the headers, P1Mark was next in PM's.

If you go to Group buy, search for 'Chrome' all will be revealed.
Chrome did the excellent GB and the bungs are available from you local Pirtek hydraulic fitting outlet, but I had to order mine, next day.
About £10 the two.

Graham.
