Cool STi8 wheels in Anthracite with RE070 Spec C Tyres

Immaculate STi 8 wheels with Bridgestone RE070 Spec C Tyres.

These wheels have been professionally re-finished by powder coating in Anthracite and look stunning.

The tyres have covered about 400 running in miles so the tread all round is as new.

Metal valves and caps have been used all round.

Cheers mate I'll hold out for a little longer as they are virtually brand new and these tyres aren't officially available over here yet.

They would make awesome track tyres for sure with the tread pattern and square shoulders.

You're more than welcome to mail me an offer I won't be offended

nathlang@aol.com

cheers

Are the tyres legal on the road over here? And would the wheels fit a 97 wagon? If so I may very interested if they still available.

AFAIK Yes they are, the vehicle sailed through the SVA test with them on no problems whatsoever.

The wheels would fit your car but the tyres may rub slightly.

mmmm, what size are the tyres? i presume the overall diameter would be bigger, or are they wider aswell? I currently have nasty 205/55 R15 - this is my first scooby and it deperatly needs a wheel facelift!

AFAIK = As far as I know.

You would need to swap the tyres for a 205/45 x17 or 215/4-x17 before they would fit. The tyres fitted to the STi are too big to fit the classic models.

Otherwise the rolling diameter would be out and the speedo may under read. they are too wide and too tall. A 45 profile will work but it has to be narrower.

Good luck with the sale.

Hi Steve

Did the pics at the top not show on your PC?

Yes they would fit a 2001 WRX with no problems whatsoever.

I'll mail you the pics just in case.

Cheers.

From what I've heard these tyres are REALLLLLLLY grippy. But I went for 18's in the end.
