I think that message that you have copied there, was posted in PRIVATE message not on a public forum
therefore it would be curtious to reply in the same fashion !
Where does it say that the prices on the Wallace site include VAT ?
maybe you can delete the above thread & respond in the correct manner ! or not at all as you dont seem interested in buying the item anyway !!!!

 

Paul, the issue of VAT is irrespective on second hand goods, you simply asked me to demonstate to yourself a web site were the APS intercooler could be purchased at the figure I quoted to yourself. This was not intended to offend but merely to illustrate to yourself the factual information avaible to me at the time of my offer to you. Again my offer to you remains.

The issue of VAT is very relevant
If the prices do not include VAT then you cant buy it for the prices that you say you can !
Hence your arguement fails !
