Interior Light & Ignition Ring Light

Hi everyone, had a lot going off in my hectic life so been a while since being on here, trying to get my car ready for the winter by sorting out a few niggles with it....

My main one is:

When the interior lamp is set to "come on with the doors opening" it's instead constanly on but at a lesser voltage as to when you switch it to "always on" if that makes sense.

I cant remember the exact figures but i believe when switched to "always on" it ouputs battery voltage at around 12V but when switched to "come on with the doors opening" it drops to around 8V

Additionally the halo around the key which illuminates is constantly on all the time.

I have a feeling i might need a new "Intergrated Module" behind the dash as this controls stuff like this.

Are there different versions of this unit and are they plug and play or coded as it may be worth me just trying one...

Thanks in advance people :)

Yep it will be that, I had exactly the same issue after shorting something out after swapping HVAC to LED's, I just grabbed one of eBay, plug & play jobbie :thumb:

Here is my thread when it happened to me: https://www.scoobynet.com/lighting-a...ng-module.html

And Fonzey was having the same issue too: https://www.scoobynet.com/lighting-a...tantly-on.html
