Default 1992 JDM Eunos V-Spec

I have decided to sell my Mk1 Black Eunos V-Spec (K Reg 1992).

It’s an Import so benfits from PAS,E/W,Tan interior trim, V Spec mats,LSD, A/C, ‘Nardi’ wood steering wheel , handbrake and gear ****. I have ownered the car for 18 months with the previous owner for 7 years. It was featured in a few MX5 Owner articles. I bought it with 94,000 kms on the clock it and as now covered 108000 Kms. The car looks as OE as possble with the main bits re-furbed/renewed or replaced. The car will be available from Mid-Nov after the Tax, MOT, engine oil and filter (K&N), Diff and Gearbox oil replaced,Fuel filter changed. You can come and view the car (in Cardiff) put a deposit down and note the mileage earlierif you want to and the car will be taken off the road . It’s got two keys, loads of receipts and is covered when not in use in my carport.

The underside/arches/sills etc have all been cleaned up, chip painted and re-Waxoiled. The arch liners have been fitted with new clips or screws.

The link takes you to whats been done and pictures from the original advert. I will alsopost a few new ones.

MixerProject

The car is 21years old and although it is solid, with good paint and no rust it does have a few carpark dings and a small amount of paint flake near the front grill. I’ll get as many done as the budget always before sale. The seats do not have any rips or tears, the bolsters are good but there is wear on the upper drivers bolster. The steering wheel does have a small flake near the top. The gear **** is in very good condition for the year but the leather is a bit old. The boot and interior carpets are in very good condition and have been cleaned using Quantum Upholstery cleaner and proper hot water valet machine. The OE Battery cover is still in place. Door cards are excellent with not holes and the stainless steel plates are still fitted to the door speakers. The windows are abit lazy but work first time.

Engine

Unmolested, honest but very clean, no leaks with a new OE Cam cover gasket and OE CAS ‘O ’Ring fitted. New plugs and leads with the oil changed every 6 months with 5/30W semi-synthetic used. The under tray is in place and fitted correctly without cable ties or misfitted bolts/screws/clips. The cone filter is fitted with a heat shield to protect it from the engine.

There is a decatted down pipe with stainless centre section through to the MX5 Parts twinpipe back box, MOT legal.

FINALLY

The car was going to be either SC’d or Turbo’d but I never felt the urge as it was so much bloody fun. The grandson thinks it’s brill but his sister kicks off because sheis left out or visa versa (depending on who’s go it is)! So, it’s back to a 4door Scoob.

The rear bumper and number plate surround have been recently painted as a f**king Drunk Driver reversed into the car, he was trying to get out of the parking space next to me resulting in webbed paint and a crack surround. I saw him, caught him and the fuzz sorted it out (he is now banned) the paint and repair cost£650. There was no structural damage to the rest of the car.

Price

£2350 with the Enkei’s and front splitter or £2100 without the Enkei’s and spoiler.
